Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of infrastructure projects across a large, multi-site property portfolio.

This is a contract role suited to someone who is confident managing complex construction activities from planning through to completion.

You'll be stepping into a high-trust environment where clear communication, structured delivery, and the ability to navigate a mix of new build, upgrade, and remediation works is essential.

Typical projects might include refurbishment works, internal fit-outs, minor structural upgrades, and compliance-related improvements.

Key responsibilities

End-to-end project delivery within defined frameworks and standards

Coordination of consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Maintaining robust reporting, risk management, and project documentation

Managing on-site works and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations

You'll bring :

Strong background in construction project management

Experience working with standard construction contracts (e.g. NZS

• & NZ

An eye for compliance, safety, and quality assurance

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex operational environment
