Job Description :
Cut, trim, bone, and portion meat accurately according to customer needs andcompany standards.
Prepare standard meat cuts (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc.) for display andsale.
Ensure correct storage, rotation, and labeling of all meat products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and tools.
Monitor the quality and freshness of meat to ensure high product standards.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
Provide advice to customers on meat cuts, cooking methods, and portion sizes.
Manage inventory and report stock levels or issues to the supervisor.
Operate equipment such as meat slicers, bandsaws, grinders, and vacuumpackers.
Job requirement :
Please have at least two years relevant work experience, or
Certificate NZQA Level 3or above
Be able to work in a team
