Country Coverage works alongside teams are organized by industry group, including Consumer Retail Group, Financial Institutions Group, Financial and Strategic Investors Group, Healthcare, Industrials, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Technology, Media and Telecom, as well as by product groups.YOUR IMPACTThe Investment Banking Team is looking for a VP to be based in Auckland.Our Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

Their responsibilities include analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, executing transaction processes, and assisting in origination.

They will gain exposure to the firm's businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry, as they develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a financial discipline.Minimum 8 years' investment banking or equivalent experience.Experience working within M&A / IB preferred, ideally covering the ANZ market.History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.About Goldman SachsAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
