We're seeking reliable, skilled workers to join a great team on a range of painting and finishing projects around Dunedin.

Start date :

Immediate start available

Pay rate :

$28–30 per hour (paid weekly)

You'll be responsible for

Preparing, priming, sanding, sealing, and painting surfaces, furniture, buildings, and fixtures

Applying a range of materials including varnish, lacquer, enamel, latex, epoxy, and waterproofing finishes

Working on new builds, multi-story sites, renovations, and alterations

Using and maintaining brushes, rollers, sprayers, and soda blasting equipment

Taping, flushing, repairing, and applying textured finishes, wallpaper, and acoustic layers

Adjusting paint colours and delivering a high-quality finish across various projects

To be successful in this role, you'll need

Relevant experience as a brush hand or painter

NZ Painting Qualification preferred

A current Site Safe ticket (or willingness to get one)

Strong attention to detail and a professional finish

Your own basic painting tools

Your own transport to get to site
