Position SnapshotLive onboardJoining in AucklandA well run 50m private MY is search of a temp 2 nd engineer to join them in NZ for a brief maintenance period.The vessel's permanent 2 nd engineer will be taking some annual leave and the incoming temp 2 nd engineer will be working under an experience chief engineer assisting in projects / maintenance as required.Requirements are as follows : –Must hold an AEC or NZ equivalent qualification / licence.Must have a bit of engineering knowledge (perhaps a trade background or time spent on previous vessels)Prepared to live onboard the vessel during the time onboard and be part of the watch rota.Salary : Paid in $US dollars and based on experience

• Yacht would prefer candidates within the NZ / Aus / Asia region for short flight to join
