About the RoleAs the Owner-Operator / General Manager, you will : Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations across both our workshop and mobile detailing services.Lead and motivate a small, high-performing team.Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, service expansion, and customer experience improvements.Manage budgets, track KPIs, and oversee financial performance.Represent Clean Car Collective in building key partnerships and client relationships.Ensure our high service and environmental sustainability standards are met.What We're Looking ForWe want someone who can think like an owner, act like a leader, and execute like a pro.
Ideally, you will have : A relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, or similar).
Several years' experience in management, operations, or business growth roles.Strong leadership and communication skills.Commercial acumen with an understanding of budgets, margins, and profit drivers.Proven ability to grow a business and implement efficient systems.A genuine interest in the automotive sector (experience in it is a bonus, but not essential).
