Job Description

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Guest Services Agent wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.

As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel,growing relationships with new and regular guests.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.
• Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with otherPullman Auckland departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations.
