Service Consultant (Jaguar & Land Rover)
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms or issues.
Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair options, costs, and timelines.
Communicate with workshop control to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems, warranties, and recalls.
Follow up with customers regarding service progress and any additional work needed.
Review completed repairs with customers, ensuring satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
Promote additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements
Minimum NTC2 in Automotive Technology.
Good knowledge of car components.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
