Salesperson

The role : We're looking for a people-person with a passion for service and a sharp eye for opportunity.

In this role, you'll grow existing accounts, win new business, and make Mico the supplier of choice in the plumbing and building sectors.Daily you will be responsible for –Identifying new sales opportunities both in existing and new customersEnsuring regularity of contact so you can be ahead of the gameCollaborating with your colleagues and communicating with customers about stock availability, delivery times and pricingAttending building industry & trade events to keep up to date with market trendsDeveloping relationships within the community and promoting brand awarenessThis is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week.

Working Monday to Friday.

Based out of our Mico Hamilton or Mico Matamata stores.About you : We're after more than a salesperson—we want a trusted partner for our customers.

If you're proactive, customer-focused, and quick to learn, we'll back you with product and sales training.

What matters most is your drive, integrity, and ability to build strong relationships.
