Chartered Management Degree Apprentice – Create Impact Through Leadership at Amazon.

This fully funded apprenticeship enables you to earn a degree while taking on real-world responsibilities.

You will develop strategic decision-making, collaboration, and team-motivation skills, preparing you for a future role as a professional manager.

What You'll Do

As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice, you'll take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands-on experience leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results.

By combining academic learning with practical management experience, you will apply concepts directly in the workplace.

During Your Apprenticeship, You'll Learn How To

Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day-to-day operations

Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring

Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines

Analyse business data to inform decisions and drive improvement

Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day-to-day operations

Managing and supporting a team to deliver daily performance goals

Balancing your studies with real-world application, dedicating 20% of your time to degree learning

Applying new management theories to solve everyday operational challenges

Basic Qualifications

UK national, non-UK national with right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK

Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September

Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March

Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme

Not be registered on another UK government-funded course ending August

Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September

Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English

Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)

Have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role (beneficial but not essential)

Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval

THIS POSITION IS A 42-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT.

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge / experience of the occupation.
