I.T. Generation is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Network Engineer (CCNA Certified) to join our growing team supporting enterprise-level infrastructure in the East of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide Level 1 network support and upscale complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Monitor network health and performance, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Support troubleshooting of connectivity, LAN / WAN, and wireless network issues.
• Document network diagrams, configuration changes, and maintenance records.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patch management activities.
• Ensure adherence to company network policies, standards, and ITIL procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and service delivery projects.
