We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable team leader to join and lead our Y5–6 team from the start of 2026.

You will be an effective classroom practitioner with strong relational skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to be flexible and responsive. As Team Leader, you will support your team with curriculum delivery, lead collaborative planning, and work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and shared direction across the school.

An understanding of the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum and culturally responsive practice is essential. We are looking for someone who builds positive relationships with ākonga, contributes to a supportive team culture, and leads with collaboration and trust.
