The successful applicant will have sound curriculum knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and be able to develop strong, respectful relationships with students, staff and whānau.
The applicant should have a strong foundation in teaching literacy and numeracy, and an understanding of PB4L. It would be advantageous if they were familiar with Structured Literacy, the Maths No Problem programme along with experience working with students of diverse needs and in a multicultural environment.
