Relay

is a vibrant travel retail store located right inside Auckland Airport, designed to make every journey easier.

We offer a wide range of products to meet travellers' needs – from grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and coffee, to books, magazines, tech accessories, gifts, and last-minute travel essentials.

The Role :

We're looking for an energetic and committed

Full-Time Store Manager

to join our team at

Dunedin Airport

If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You'll Do :

  • ? Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
  • ? Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
  • ? Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
  • ? Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
  • ? Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
  • ? Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We're Looking For :

  • ?? Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
  • ?? Duty Managers Certificate or ability to obtain one (must be 20years and above)
  • ??? Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • ?? Confidence to take initiative and own your role
  • ??? A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a team setting
  • ? Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
  • ?? Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
