The Role

As a Software Developer at Engender, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable applications that power our breakthrough technology.

You'll be hands-on across the development lifecycle—writing clean, reliable code, collaborating with scientists and engineers, and driving innovation in automation, testing, and deployment.

What You'll Do

Develop high-quality, maintainable software aligned with project goals.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to turn requirements into solutions.

Take part in design discussions, reviews, and testing to ensure robustness.

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to validate performance.

Follow best practices in version control, documentation, and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Stay up to date with tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

About You

Strong experience in software development with languages such as C#, Python, or Java.

Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, QA, and automated testing.

Skilled with frameworks / tools like Selenium, JUnit, or NUnit.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Collaborative and adaptable, with clear communication skills.
