• What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
• In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service across the region, with the opportunity to grow the team and shape how we operate. You’ll be equipped with a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and all the tools of the trade to help you succeed.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Quality Assurance
• : Ensure consistent, high-quality service through coaching, feedback, and performance gap analysis.
• Glass Services
• : Expertly handle glass repairs and replacements, adhering to manufacturer specifications and AA standards.
• Customer Service & Documentation
• : Provide outstanding service to customers and Members, while managing accurate documentation and secure handling of transactions.
• Health & Safety
• : Maintain safe work practices and actively contribute to hazard identification and control.
