We’re on the lookout for a Breeze Services Consultant —a problem-solver, communicator, and trusted advisor who thrives on helping clients get the most out of their technology.
The Breeze Services Consultant ensures clients derive ongoing value from Ibis solutions beyond their initial implementation. This role partners with clients post go-live and acts as the first point of contact for technical queries and troubleshooting. In partnering with our clients, you are expected to have high communication effectiveness by adopting our values of seeking to understand. By using Breeze through configuration, updating of data, and tailoring reports and dashboards, you will drive ongoing customer value in Breeze. Resolving issues efficiently and escalating when needed, the Breeze Services Consultant also supports client success, drives adoption, and enhances satisfaction. Working closely with the Client Success Manager, this role contributes to client retention, growth, and overall profitability.
