Christmas Casual Sales Assistant - Newmarket NZ

We are looking for Christmas Casual Sales Assistants, passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and connecting with customers by offering a one‑of‑a‑kind shopping experience.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

The Role

Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction

Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning

Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.

Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators

Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.

Have a can‑do, positive attitude to all areas of work.

An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in store fulfillment

A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

Please note : our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
