ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Southern Volunteer and Foster Lead to join our National Volunteer and Foster team. Based in the South Island and working closely with local SPCA Centres, you’ll lead and grow our regional volunteer and foster programmes, ensuring consistency, engagement, and excellence across the volunteer lifecycle.
This newly created role will see you working at both a strategic and operational level : developing systems, supporting Centre teams, and ensuring our incredible volunteers and foster families have the tools, training, and recognition they need to thrive. You’ll also collaborate on national initiatives that shape the future of volunteering and fostering at SPCA.
