What the job involves
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Programmes Assistant to join our library team. In this role you will provide support to our Digital Programmes Lead, assisting with promoting and delivering digital programmes, as well as supporting users in the library’s makerspace area by providing guidance and fostering engagement with digital tools and activities.
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week in accordance with the library roster, and will involve working a mixture of day shifts, evening shifts, and a Sunday 10am – 4pm shift per week.
Responsibilities and requirements
Experience in a library or customer service environment is a plus, but not essential – we’re more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
