About the role

A key relationship holder, leading a team in offering and implementing innovative PR, Content, Partnerships, and Activation strategies while providing outstanding client service across designated accounts, on both an individual and team basis.

Effective contribution across the agency through relevant participation in client and H&S business initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Encourages positive agency culture and cross‑agency collaboration and integration
• Active participation in creative sessions and workshops
• Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 4+ years of strong PR and / or activation experience
• Good understanding of PR and strategic planning capabilities across a number of channels
• Ability to consider stakeholders’ requirements and challenges in problem‑solving and decision‑making
• Ability to challenge others (internal, client, or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
• Confident and articulate presenter
• Ability to coach and mentor junior members of the team
• Future focused
