Job descriptionInteract with customers, market products and services, and complete rental transactions and contracts. Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive, park, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay. $25.63 per hour, plus earnings increases with our sales incentive scheme Uniform and parking provided Well‑being programme including life insurance, discounted health insurance, and superannuation options Employee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Group and partners Full training to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential Full, clean, valid Class 1 driver’s licence (essential) Previous experience within retail, hospitality, or customer‑service roles Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service Comfortable learning and using various computer systems for accurate rental information (training provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Part‑time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Travel Arrangements

We have a part-time opportunity working 20‑hours per week to join our Dunedin Airport branch as a Rental Operations Agent.
Work Schedule
We work 7‑days a week : Monday to Friday 07 : 00‑21 : 00, Saturday 08 : 30‑17 : 00, Sunday 08 : 30‑21 : 00. The following shift is required :
- Friday : 13 : 00 – 19 : 30
- Saturday : 09 : 00 – 15 : 30
- Sunday : 11 : 00 – 19 : 30
Responsibilities
As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business—front‑ and back‑of‑house operations.
