About the Role This is not your average call centre job.
As a Claims Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of customer care - supporting our valued partners and customers during moments that matter most.
You'll help people navigate the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
While previous insurance experience is an advantage, it's not essential - we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What you'll do : Be the first point of contact for customers with motor claims Deliver exceptional customer service and support Manage a portfolio of claims through to resolution Guide customers through their entitlements, claims, and repair processes Set clear expectations and offer tailored solutions What you'll bring : Proven success in a fast-paced customer service environment A passion for helping people - especially over the phone A resilient, solutions-driven attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems A drive to exceed performance goals and KPIs What we can offer you Free life, salary continuance
