As part of Access Partners in Property, WayDgo Site Services specializes in cleaning and maintaining unmanned service stations throughout New Zealand. With over 10 car runs strategically positioned across the country, our team of Ambassadors services more than 150 locations from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island. We clean and maintain fuel pumps, outdoor payment terminals, forecourts, and monitoring wells, while providing comprehensive site reporting. We take pride in creating safe, sanitised environments that build customer confidence and encourage return visits.

Exciting Dual-Function Opportunity - Full Time Permanent

Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines structured office administration with flexible customer service? We are currently recruiting for an Administration Support Assistant & Ambassador to join our 7-day operation in Tauranga, with weekend on-call duties fortnightly.

The Role

This varied position offers the perfect blend of office-based administration and hands-on customer support. You will manage essential administrative functions during weekdays while providing flexible weekend coverage for phones, emails, and Ambassador support when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office administration including scheduling, documentation, and client relationship support
  • Fleet management and safety compliance coordination
  • Training support for new team members
  • Weekend on-call coverage (fortnightly) for phones, emails, and Ambassador backup
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency

What We are Looking For

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • At least two years' Office / Administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Cleaning industry knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver's Licence
  • Strong geographical knowledge of New Zealand
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
