We currently have the opportunity for an experienced and motivated Surfacing Engineer to join our West Coast Surfacing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the successful and profitable long‑term operation of the West Coast sealing department, while meeting the primary objectives of safety, quality, service and return on investment.

In addition to the above you will :

• Manage resources, including subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be accountable for the day‑to‑day running of the surfacing site and progress of works.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships, both internal and external.
• Prepare correspondence / programming and cost estimates.
