About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and fundraising initiatives that advance our mission.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will play a key role in building strategic relationships, strengthening donor stewardship, and driving growth in fundraising.
As part of a small and growing team, this role is ideal for someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference for children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Partnerships
Develop and implement donor engagement and stewardship plans
Build and manage relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations
Lead fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including grants and donor reporting
Plan and execute fundraising and other events
Track and report on fundraising performance against targets
Communications & Outreach
Develop and manage outreach materials, including social media, newsletters, and corporate collaterals (e.g. annual reports, presentations)
Strengthen HFG-SG's brand and visibility through storytelling and consistent messaging
Governance & Administration
Ensure compliance with charity regulations and governance standards
Coordinate board meetings, including preparation of agendas, reports, and minutes
Contribute to general operations and team support as part of a small charity environment
What We're Looking For
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development
Strong writing skills, especially in grant proposals, donor reporting and communications
Self-motivated, adaptable, and hands-on team player
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration / management, Marketing / Public Relations / Communication, Social Sciences (Community Development, Sociology), Social Impact / Public Policy or a related field
Relevant professional or short course in fundraising or philanthropy is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in the charity, social service, or non-profit sector
Experience would be preferred in grant proposal development and donor stewardship
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
