Leading commercial projects through all phases, owning every milestone and managing risks proactively.

Acting as the essential bridge between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope of works is precise, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals.

Interpreting and managing design documentation to enable flawless on-site execution.

Driving project delivery efficiency by identifying and resolving potential issues early.

Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment and momentum.

Applying your design and scope expertise to support informed decision-making and risk management.

Experience / Qualifications Project Management experience in commercial construction or fitouts Strong design and scope of works knowledge.

Ability to dive deep into technical details and translate them into clear, actionable project plans.

Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Experience in New Zealand's commercial construction sector is a plus.
