As our regional portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a strong, detail-driven Project Administrator to support the close-out and handover phase of a major utility-scale solar farm in New Zealand.

Based in INTEC's Christchurch office, this 6-month fixed term contract will see you collaborate closely with the on-site project team, ensuring all project documentation is accurately captured, verified, and ready for handover to the Operations and Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the site team to collect, verify, and consolidate documentation across Quality, Legal, and Technical disciplines.

Update and manage as-built documentation, test results, and quality measurement data.

Support technical teams with final project records.

Oversee and maintain site resource records and timesheets for project reporting.

Ensure all documentation is correctly formatted, complete, and stored within Procore and Microsoft Office systems.

Provide ongoing administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to achieve full project close-out and client acceptance.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in project administration or document control, ideally within construction, engineering, or renewable energy projects.

Strong understanding of construction project workflows; basic electrical knowledge will be highly regarded.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for engaging with both site and office teams.

Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy in documentation management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Procore or similar systems preferred.
