Our Fresh Foods Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to a premium range of products, is a team player and "will roll their sleeves up, to get the job completed".

We are a very busy store with a lot going on.

The Fresh Foods Manager is responsible for making daily decisions regarding the preparation of products, assigning daily tasks to the team, ensuring production is achieved to a high standard every day.

Upskilling and training new and existing staff, ordering, stock management and leading by example.

Interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and honesty

Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business

Excellent computer and analytical skills, SAP knowledge would be beneficial

Understanding of Food safety and health and safety practices in the workplace
