About The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Office Support Coordinator to join our Global Hub in Ellerslie on a 12 month fixed term. This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week. In this varied role, you will support daily office operations and help ensure our people are set up for success.

  • Setting up meeting room technology and refreshments
  • Ordering and unpacking office and kitchen supplies
  • Arranging team social events and contributing to Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
  • Printing, photocopying and binding documents
  • Booking pool cars, car parks, and meeting rooms
  • Facilities coordination, liaising with contractors and issuing building access tags
  • Supporting Executive Assistants with administration and invoicing

Based onsite at our modern workspace in Central Park in Ellerslie, you’ll enjoy free onsite parking, a barista coffee machine, plenty of fresh fruit, and a high-performing team environment.

About You

  • Administration / coordination experience in an office environment
  • Positive, friendly, welcoming personality
  • Organised, proactive, efficient working style
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full driver licence is essential
