Dunstan Hospital is a rural trust hospital based in Clyde, Central Otago.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to secure a role on our highly impressive acute inpatient ward, where you will receive the best rural healthcare experience ever.

We provide a wide range of healthcare services for a large geographical area, two and half hours from our base hospital in Dunedin.

Our ward comprises 24 beds, including a 3 bed High Dependency Unit.

We provide acute medical care, trauma / emergency medical care (no walk in ED) rehabilitation and palliative care throughout the age spectrum.

You will work closely with the medical team and all members of the wider multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Have a current Annual Practising Certificate.

Have had recent acute nursing experience.

Are self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic both in service delivery and professional development.

Are genuine and committed team players.

Are eligible to work in New Zealand.
