Mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Customer Marketing Manager in our Marketing Centre of Excellence you’ll play a key role in their mission to deliver excellent customer experiences through personalisation. You will :

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing automated marketing communication strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experience
• Work in a cross‑functional squad to deliver and optimise data‑driven campaigns
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Customer Marketing team and drive continuous improvement
