TheRole

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be joining amultidisciplinary team.

You will provide evidence-based services to peoplethrough multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, communityvisits and centre-based services.

Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicareor privately.

It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or ourhubs when not seeing clients.

The role will involve the following :

Assessing and providing interventions forchildren & adults living with a range of disabilities

Working within the NDIS to maximise clients'level of function, capacity & social engagement

Assisting clients with assistive technologyassessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)

Timely documentation & report writing

Managing a varied caseload

Meeting company professional expectations (e.g.meeting billables & effective client management)

Building relationships with key stakeholders,including therapists, clients, & referral sources

Working across leading software platforms &online tools

The NewGrad Program

Connect2Care has developed and specifically tailored a NewGraduate Program to make the transition smoother for new graduates entering theworkplace.

The program fully supports recent graduates, enabling them toacquire the skills needed to launch them into a successful career.

Spanningover 12 months and starting from the moment you step through our doors.

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able toobtain the following :

Relevant tertiary qualifications in relatedfield

Discipline-specific professional registration(e.g. AHPRA / SPA)

Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Police Check & International Police Check(only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)

Drivers licence & access to a reliablevehicle

Car insurance

Professional Indemnity & Public Liabilityinsurance
