Family Solicitor 2 years + PQE

Excited to be working closely once again with a longstanding client as they search for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. As a full service established mid-sized practice my clients have an excellent reputation in the Christchurch market when it comes servicing their clients. About the Role :

Ideally suited to a young solicitor with experience in Family Law to join their team (this role is also suitable to candidates at a more senior level.) With practical experience in a legal environment, you will have the desire to continue developing within the family space. Whilst maintaining a high level of confidence, this role will see you navigating complex files around the Care of Children Act 2004, Family Violence Act 2018, Family Proceedings Act 1980, and Protection Property Rights Act (1988) as well as some relationship property.

About you :

As the successful candidate you will have at least 1‑year PQE in Family Law. With excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be proactive with a strong sense of initiative. You will be comfortable operating autonomously and have an personable and empathetic approach when it comes dealing with your clients.
