What you will do
- Lead the content delivery team across ANZ and Canada, fostering engagement, capability and positive culture
- Collaborate with Content Product Managers to plan and deliver the content roadmap, including forecasting and resourcing
- Oversee the entire delivery pipeline, from scheduling and workflow design through to publishing and distribution
- Manage the content delivery budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost optimisation and reporting
- Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Champion the adoption of innovative tools and processes (AI, automation, dashboards, workflow systems) to reduce manual effort and scale delivery
- Establish agile frameworks that allow prioritisation of high value work and enable rapid pivots in response to market or customer needs
- Ensure rigorous QA processes are in place, including AI assisted checks, accessibility compliance and adherence to copyright and data privacy standards
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment across product, marketing, customer success and sales teams
- Provide input into technical aspects of content creation tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve authoring processes
