THE ROLE

• Responsible for working on a portfolio of accounts handling domestic and international bookings
• Provide an exceptional level of service and fast turnaround times
• Develop strong working relationships with your clients and suppliers
• Oversee financial transactions, invoicing, margins, credits, deposits, payments, and cancellations
• Promote the company's brand through participation in networking events
• Exceed customer service satisfaction standards by understanding and anticipating clients' expectations

• Extensive corporate travel consulting experience
• Advanced GDS skills and top notch ticketing skills
• Passionate and service-orientated approach
• Genuine interpersonal and communication skills
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Highly driven and solutions-orientated attitude
• Demonstrated time management skills
