What You Will Be Doing
As Head of Business Services and Finance, you will be the operational and financial backbone of the business. You will manage Finance, Admin, Executive Assistants, Recruitment, and IT teams, ensuring all departments run efficiently and data-driven decisions support growth.
You will :
Lead and mentor department heads across Finance, Admin, EAs, Recruitment, and ITOptimise workflows, systems, and operational processes across all teamsPrepare and analyse management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reportsProvide insights from financial data, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risksDevelop budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plansPartner with senior leadership to guide strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and pricing strategiesAs part of our strategic leadership team, actively contribute to shaping the long‑term direction of the businessFacilitate strong cross‑functional communication and ensure operational transparencyConstruct dashboards and tracking tools for key data visibilityMaintain data integrity and ensure consistent reporting standards across departmentsDrive operational excellence, introducing process improvements that increase efficiency and consistencyWho You Are
A numbers‑savvy leader with a personality – analytical, precise, but approachable and engagingStrong experience in business services management, preferably overseeing multiple teams or departmentsConfident leading teams across multiple functions, coaching and holding leaders accountableComfortable using AI, project management, and workflow tools (ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, or similar)Highly organised with attention to detail, while keeping the big picture in focusA problem solver, solution‑focused, calm under pressure, and always seeking improvementsEnergetic, personable, and motivated to make a real impact on the businessWhy Join Us?
