About the role

In our Transformation Office’s Party & Mandates work stream, you will lead analysis, design and implementation activities for business initiatives that shape the future of our products and services. You will create end‑to‑end system flows, translate business and data requirements into buildable specifications and ensure solutions reflect both business needs and data logic.

Qualifications

Extensive business analysis experience (ideally in banking, payments or similar environments)

Strong analytical, research and facilitation skills – capable of leading workshops and documenting requirements clearly

Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

Stakeholder engagement and management with a focus on customer impact

Hands‑on experience with Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Track record of process improvement, quality assurance and delivery of solutions in complex, multidisciplinary environments

Operational Risk & Agile Delivery experience

Preferred Areas of Expertise

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Mandate Management & Relationship Mapping

CRM Integration & Customer Servicing Automation

Enterprise Process Mapping & Compliance Frameworks

Functional and Non‑Functional Requirements definition

Auditability, Access Control, Data Modelling and complex relationship structures

Business Process Analysis & delivery of Business Solutions
