Job descriptionExperience in a fast paced and high-pressure work environment (preferred) Experience working with fresh food (not essential) Have reliable transport An eye for detail and a quality focus Strong written and numerical skills Ability to work in a temperature regulated environment Be physically fit and able to manually handle equipment and products Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to build rapport with co-workers and have a bit of fun Accommodation available if necessary Not a backpacker? Overview
Production Assistants / Small Goods team members required at manufacturing and distribution plant in New Plymouth. 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Working on our production lines, including tray sealing and labelling
- Assisting with operational tasks including making boxes and cleaning your work station and production room
- Allocating batch numbers and best before dates to packed products
- Completing relevant food safety and health and safety forms in accordance with established on-site systems
