What you will do
'1. Execute Installation, commissioning and performance validation for Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process
2. Can Act as lead engineer for L1 & L2 Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process
3. Lead, plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance to the agreed scope of delivery. Reinstate equipment / lines into production according to agreed service targets
4. Execute analysis, restore basic conditions or troubleshoot to resolve mecanical, electro-mechanical and automation issues (including HW, SW, Network) in connection with the Remote Support if needed. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent resolution. Promptly report and mange all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM process and, when needed, escalate to next appropriate level in a timely manner providing a PSM to ensure rapid resolution
5. Perform production support / breakdown on customer site
6. Execute installation of complex (Automation) upgrade kits, in connexion to the Remote Support, according to procedures and reinstate lines into production according to agreed service targets
7. Conduct Operator & Maintenance relevant customer training, physically or remotly
8. Participate actively in looking for business opportunities and share them with the S(K)AM. Suggest solutions and support S(K)AM in sales activities. Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of existing services and solutions.
9. Follow-up Operationally the contracts leading, take decisions with the SAR & SKAM to manage proactively the outcome of the contract (profitability and/or performance)
10. Promote a safe working culture in the team and Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements.
11. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Address all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.
12. Lead the daily contact and operational relationship with your designated customer contact
13. Comply with all reporting requirements in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done.
14. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and Tetra Pak colleagues and that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained
We believe you have
'+5 years experience in Installations, maintenance and/or service work. Can independently deliver preventive maintenance, industrial systems troubleshooting, installation tasks and upgrade installations.
