Christmas Team Member (Apparel) - The Warehouse, Atrium

Overview

Love fashion and festive vibes? The Warehouse is looking for reliable, customer-focused team members to bring the magic to our apparel department this Christmas. We’re seeking fixed-term seasonal Team Members to join us, with start dates ranging from mid-September to mid-November and a typical end around mid-January. This role could be a steppingstone to longer-term opportunities within The Warehouse Group.

In our apparel department you’ll help customers create a stylish Christmas experience, whether it’s guiding them to a perfect Secret Santa gift, a Christmas day outfit, stocking fillers, or discovering our unique Kiwiana-themed apparel. You’ll also move the festive wonderland from the stockroom to the shop floor and maintain displays to keep the apparel section inviting and fresh.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding gifts, outfits, and festive items within the apparel department.
• Pull stock from the stockroom to the shop floor and stock / maintain displays to ensure an inviting, fresh look.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and support in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
