We’re now looking for a Content & Social Lead to tell our story, build our community, and strengthen our digital presence. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who can blend strategic planning with hands‑on execution, someone who knows how to make content that connects and converts.

The Opportunity

From social feeds to inbox to press coverage you’ll shape how Caci shows up and speaks to the world. You’ll develop scroll‑stopping content, nurture our influencer and media relationships, and build a loyal, engaged community that drives both brand love and business results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Caci’s content, SEO and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
• Manage a content calendar across social, blog, email and campaigns that aligns with brand and commercial goals
• Write and edit engaging copy for ads, social posts, blogs, newsletters and press / media
• Create and publish compelling visual content from Reels and stories to campaign assets
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations from briefing to reporting
• Nurture Caci’s community and fostering conversation
• Track and report on performance
• Develop and execute PR and media initiatives to build earned brand presence in beauty and wellness press
• Collaborate closely with design, digital and clinic teams to ensure content feels authentic and on brand
