About the Role

Physiotherapist – Tauranga – full-time, experienced (intermediate to senior).

Join a multidisciplinary team handling acute MSK injuries and ACC contracts (ICP, VRS, PAIN).

This role offers variety, community impact, and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced clinical practice in assessing and treating patients safely and efficiently.

Complete all contract clinical reports and referrer letters to required standards within contracted timeframes.

Liaise effectively with consultants, family doctors, case managers, coordinators, and allied health professionals.

Provide supervision, support, and training to new graduate physiotherapists and students.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, and psychology.

Participate in team meetings, quality audits, case discussions, and internal education sessions to enhance care and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Minimum four years of clinical experience, with a focus on musculoskeletal and vocational physiotherapy.

Postgraduate qualification is a plus but not required.

New Zealand practising certificate, professional membership, and indemnity insurance.

Full, clean driver's licence.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and commitment to clinical excellence.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
