Solicitor - Employment Law - Auckland We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a prestigious national law firm based in Auckland. The firm works with a diverse range of clients, including prominent national and international corporations, government departments, tertiary institutions, and more. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team that handles a wide range of employment law matters, including advisory, corporate support, and litigation.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll engage in a broad spectrum of employment law work, from corporate restructures and acquisitions to personal grievance investigations, disciplinary processes, collective bargaining, health and safety, and employment agreements. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases that may influence the development of employment law across New Zealand.

Who You Are

You’ll have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in employment law or litigation, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
