About the Role As Head of Property Management, you'll be responsible for establishing and overseeing the full scope of Property Management operations.

From team recruitment and financial performance to tenant relations and compliance, you'll ensure our portfolio is managed to the highest standards and positioned for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Establish and lead a high-performing property management team from the ground up.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Financial & Operational Management Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial performance to achieve business targets Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.

Client & Tenant Relations Serve as the primary liaison for property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Build long-term relationships that drive trust and retention.

Property Maintenance & Compliance Implement effective maintenance programs and oversee property inspections.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Strategic Growth Develop and execute the strategic plan for the new division.

Identify opportunities to expand the property portfolio and enhance service offerings.

About You Proven experience in Property Management leadership, ideally within a growth or start-up environment.

Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.

Relevant qualifications in property, business, or related disciplines preferred.
