About the Role :
As Customer Service & Event Support crew, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our venues and events – including our i-Site, the Sir Howard Morrison Centre, and the Energy Events Centre.
You’ll be the welcoming face for visitors, supporting events, assisting with ticketing and merchandise sales, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience.
What you’ll be doing :
These arefull-time, fixed-term roles and our doors are open 7 days a week, including public holidays, which means flexibility is key.
Brace yourself for a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment that revolves around both customer service and retail excellence.
If you're up for the challenge, you'll be expected to work day shifts, night shifts, and weekends on a rotating roster.
