About the Role :

As Customer Service & Event Support crew, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our venues and events – including our i-Site, the Sir Howard Morrison Centre, and the Energy Events Centre.

You’ll be the welcoming face for visitors, supporting events, assisting with ticketing and merchandise sales, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Supporting event operations (set-up, pack down, ushering, ticketing, crowd flow)
  • Providing information on Rotorua attractions, activities, and services
  • Assisting with merchandise sales and bookings
  • These arefull-time, fixed-term roles and our doors are open 7 days a week, including public holidays, which means flexibility is key.

    If you're up for the challenge, you'll be expected to work day shifts, night shifts, and weekends on a rotating roster.
