Parts & Customisation Sales Person

Capital Coast HD Limited – Wellington Central, North Island

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Parts & Customisation Specialist to be part of our team. This role is all about creating an outstanding parts experience for our riders while keeping our busy workshop stocked, organised, and running at full capacity.

What you’ll do :

Assist customers with parts and service retail sales and product knowledge.

Create sales opportunities.

Welcome and serve customers in the showroom, at the counter, on the phone, and online.

Supply the workshop with the right parts at the right time.

Handle parts planning, purchasing, and stock management.

Contribute to parts and service strategy, upselling, and building sales opportunities.

Support our service department with bookings, customer communication and aftercare.

We’re looking for someone who :

Has great communication and customer service skills.

Can stay organised in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Brings a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Has experience in parts, retail or service advising.

Is passionate about motorcycles, in particular, Harley-Davidson.
