Operations Support Agent

We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our Station Operations team located in Auckland. The role is primarily based in the office but will also require some physical-handling work. The successful candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday, and on some weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities include :

• early morning start
• a high degree of physical fitness and a “can do attitude”
• the ability to complete and coordinate tasks supporting the operations, which may include sort and trace activities
• the ability to work to deadlines with effective time management skills
• good planning, organising, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• the provision of exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers
• being a team player and one who thrives in a busy time-critical environment
• a full Class 1 driver's license

In addition, a forklift license would be an added advantage, as would previous experience in a freight / distribution environment.
