Invercargill is a mere 10 minute drive to Oreti Beach, and less than 30 minutes to the port town of Bluff.

With a combination of cultural attractions, a rejuvenated city life and outstanding nature reserves and parks, Invercargill is a great place to visit.

Dates

Open to multiple locums - please advise any availability during these dates.

Friday 2nd - Thursday 8th January

Monday 19th - Sunday 25th January

Sunday 1st February onwards

Hours

Weekdays / / 8.30 am - 8pm

Weekends / / 9am to 6pm

Depending on your availability, these hours are negotiable.

Days off will depend on the length of your availability.

Job Specification

You will be working within a team of 1-2 other pharmacists with the support of 1-2 dispensary technicians.

General Dispensing for a busy script trade using Toniq.

Counselling, some methadone dispensing and local Medico Packs.

Skills Required

Registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council.

Must present a negative COVID test a few days out from the start of bookings.

Current PDA Insurance.

You must enjoy counselling as this is an open plan pharmacy.

Being ECP trained would be an advantage.

Locum must be willing to work as a contractor and invoice for wages.

Friday 2nd - Thursday 8th January / /

Monday 19th - Sunday 25th January / /

Sunday 1st February onwards / /

Extras

Accommodation : Self-contained apartment / motel within 2km of pharmacy.

Travel : Flights or mileage.

Mileage is $1.04 per km.

Open to locums from North and South Island.
