We’re after a Sales superstar to join our team at Les Mills Christchurch.

Reporting to the Sales & Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis. As part of a tightly-knit kick-ass sales team, you’ll benefit from shared knowledge but will be ultimately in control of your own success.

Not for the faint-hearted, you need to love the phone. Appointments won’t just come to you, you need the drive to make them happen. With on-target earnings of between $70,000 - $80,000 and our uncapped commission structure, you’ll have every reason to shine and smash targets. You just need to put in the hard work!

You will ideally :

• Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
• Have excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport
• Be organised like a boss
• Love people and have them at least ‘like’ you back!
• Have the flexibility to work rostered shifts any day of the week
• Have your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness

A background in sales, telesales or any commission-based work would be wicked, We measure daily calls, appointments, emails and sales – so you’ll need to be open to being measured, and have a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve and develop new skills.

This role is full time for 40 hours per week.
